We envision an inclusive nation, by creating at least one Civil Servant from each Indian village, who will utilize their life experiences from their humble backgrounds. We support ordinary Indians, with a dream of reaching the highest rungs of bureaucracy, who have the will to work hard for their dream but lacks privileges of class, caste, gender and locale.
